Raw Glass Material Selection
LAI 35mm f/1.4<p>The first step in our 6-month lens manufacturing journey begins with careful selection of premium optical glass materials. Each batch is inspected for purity, homogeneity, and refractive index consistency to ensure the highest quality foundation for our precision lenses.</p>


Precision Lens Grinding
LAI 50mm f/0.95<p>Using CNC-controlled grinding machines, raw glass blanks are shaped into precise lens elements with tolerances within 0.001mm. This critical step defines the optical surface curvature that determines focal length and aberration correction.</p>


Optical Coating Application
LAI 21mm f/2.8<p>Multi-layer anti-reflective coatings are applied in a vacuum chamber using electron beam evaporation. Each lens element receives up to 12 coating layers to minimize flare, maximize light transmission, and enhance color fidelity.</p>


Lens Element Assembly
LAI 28mm f/2.0<p>Individual coated lens elements are carefully assembled into groups using precision alignment tools. Air gaps between elements are measured and adjusted to achieve optimal optical performance across the entire image frame.</p>


Final Quality Inspection
LAI 35mm f/1.4<p>Every completed lens undergoes rigorous testing including MTF chart analysis, autofocus calibration verification, and real-world shooting tests. Only lenses meeting our strict quality standards receive final approval for shipment.</p>
